How can I track my order?  

  • Once your order ships we will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier's tracking information. 

 How long will it take to get my package? 

  • Most packages shipped via ground will arrive in 3 to 4business days.

 What if I have a problem with my order? 

  • If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at 812-497-2537so we can resolve it right away. 

  How do I get support for the product I ordered? 

  • Wray’s Treasure Shop is here to support you before, during and after your purchase. Our trained customer experience team is available Tuesday & Thursday from 9 am until 5 pm to help answer any technical questions about your products!

 Why do you charge for shipping? 

  • Shipping is a cost that we can’t get around.

 Do you take trade-ins?

 My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do? 

  • If your order has not arrived, please give us a call at 812-497-2537. We can check on the status to provide an update. There are sometimes delays with our carrier service and you may need to contact them if it is taking longer than usual.

 Do you ship internationally? 

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
